My cousin, best friend, buddy, pal got engaged this weekend. I am so excited for her.
This has just put the diet and workout in full force. So I have until the wedding to lose 75-400 pounds and be in a bride maid dress. I am hoping through all of this I will get at least one of my workout buddies back.

I am back from a short sabbatical from the blog. I have been a little crazy over the holiday weekend. As many of you already know but the rest will soon, my sisters and I are those crazy people that shop the day after Thanksgiving. So I have spent the last couple of days trying to catch up on sleep. On top of Thanksgiving and shopping I have had a Christmas Cantata at my old church and an auction on a house. Talk about a crazy weekend on 4 hours of sleep.
I will have to sadly admit that my eating struggled during this crazy weekend but as of Monday I am back on the straight and narrow. Just had a rough couple of 5 days.
I also wanted to share with you all that I am attempting to quit smoking. Smoking has been a great thing while I have been on a diet to curb the appetite and keep me from eating so much, but I really have been wanting to give it up for a while. I'm not going to lie though, if I start gaining all this weight back I may have to go back to the cigs.
Well that was a crash course of me for this crazy holiday weekend. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. Christmas is getting close too, they are all too close together.
I will give a new update on Friday again. I had to move my scales again so I am just hoping and praying that they don't do the same thing they did last time I picked them up off the ground. Buy I also weigh at the gym and they don't ever move theirs.

As far as my weight goes I was down again last week by about 3 pounds so basically I made up for the week before, but this week I have eaten like trash so I do not expect good numbers this week.

This is what welcomed me at my front door.
And these are my beautiful trees in the front yard. It looks like my trees had a horrible stomach virus last night.
I would also like to award Andy Dandy with the fictitious award in Rolling. He wins the Most Inappropriate Father Award. Not only did he bring his children with him to roll my house, but he woke them up after midnight and dragged them all around town to litter and throw toilet paper in my trees.

I have updated the ticker as well.
I will tell you all about my yesterday and why the stars were not aligned for me to get any exercise. I got to the gym in the morning and had been on the bike for 5 minutes to warm up and then just gotten on the treadmill to start the had core workout. At that time one of the workers came upstairs and told me that someone had hit my car in the parking lot. Now there are a lot of older people that come in in the morning so I just assumed that someone backed into my car and dinged it up a little bit. Not so much.
When I got outside I noticed that half of my bumper was sitting on the ground and there was all kinds of water spilled out on the ground. The car in front of mine was also hit pretty bad. We called the cops and a tow truck and by the time I got my car towed and a new car to drive I had about 15 minutes til I needed to be at work. So I went to work, NO WORKOUT!!!
Then when I went back to the gym in the afternoon to get my workout there was a small black car (that is what hit me) in the parking lot with front end damage and red paint. I immediately thought this might be the car that hit me. So the cops came out again. Turns out it was not but by the time this got straighted out I had missed about 30 minutes of the hour long workout class.
So total yesterday, a day I would have normally gotten 3 hours of workout time, I got a whopping 35 minutes.

Last night I had Zumba again. This week she decided to turn it up a notch....wow! The dance moves that I didn't get last week were nearly impossible this week. I did leave class a little early this week cause I had to do my weights on my legs. I had to miss yesterday morning for a school function so I just left class before cool down.
I don't have much more to share with you guys today....I haven't weighed so I cant update you on that, so I will update on Friday like usual.
Ohhhhhhh I can tell you this.....my workout this morning was wonderfully hard and kicked my butt, but I was so efficient I somehow finished about 10 minutes early so I got in the hot tub. It may not sound like much but when your body is as sore as mine has been for the last week it was like a little piece of heaven.

Anyway, I just needed to share that little bit for you. I did weigh yesterday and I was the same as I had been last week. I am really not discouraged about this week though. My exercise has really stepped up this week so I am feeling great.
I also wanted to share with you all the new workout class I am taking. You may have heard of it or seen the infomercial. It is called Zamba. Here is a little preview of what it looks like.
Now there are individual routines performed to certain songs. Cha chas, sambas and Hip Hop dances. They have been doing this class for like 8 weeks now but I just started. Some of the people knew some of the dances and some were new like me and looking pretty stupid. Also, there is no breaks so your heart rate stays really high for the entire hour. It was great fun and I know there are some dances that we have not even done yet so it should continue to be new and exciting.
So if any of you are interested look into this class in your area, if you are from here call me and we can go together.
Next Friday I will actually try to post on Friday.
I am going to get back to my lunch and Vandy game. Go DORES!!!!!!

The reason I named this post John McCain is because I spent the entire day yesterday not being able to lift my arms more than shoulder height. I am not making fun of this presidential hopeful, just trying to find a new way to tell you that, YES I AM STILL SORE. My workout this morning was arms again and I think I may have worked out most of the soreness. My legs are still holding in there, probably because they are getting a lot of use with my cardio.
Also, I didn't weigh this morning I am still trying to wait til Friday but I was able to tell a little bit of a difference in my jeans this morning. So YEAH!!!!!!

I am still pretty sore today, I feel like I have been riding a horse all weekend. Its mostly my lower body that is sore but I just did a crazy hard arm workout today so "hopefully" my arms will be sore tomorrow. I have just received a copy of my book on circuit training and I am really enjoying it. I am about half way through it and already implementing the things that I have read. When I find a picture of it I will post for all of you to see. It is one of the Biggest Loser books and they say they sell it at most Wal-Marts but I couldn't ever find it there.
I am trying to weigh on Thursdays or Fridays and I will let y'all know where I am in my progress. If I weigh in the middle of the week I may not post it but I will probably change my ticker at the top of the page. I really try hard not to weigh in the middle of the week cause it makes the number bigger (hopefully) if I wait.
I am BIG on the BIG numbers. Wow, I know, bad play on words.

My body is really tired especially since I started going to the gym again and not just doing little workouts at the house. So I am thinking that my joints and muscles could use a little bit of a break. I will probably still workout tomorrow just maybe not as intense as it has been the last 5 days.

I will be riding in the event and working it but if I actually get any pictures I will try to get them on here for you all to see.
This was the start of the pile, just drinks, the next one is my sisters standing next to the full pile in the corner. You can tell how big it is compared to them.
Another reason I finally spoke out about Trail of Tears is because here in our local papers and on the radio everyone seems to have an opinion about it. The dancers are mad they were pushed to the far side of the stadium, the vendors are mad cause we were told there was going to be 42,000 people and there were probably less than 5,000. The local businesses were hurt because of road closings, it just ended up being a huge disappointment, so I figured it could be my time to talk about it on my medium.

I have really been craving Krispy Kream donuts and Chocolate ice cream. Basically anything sweet. So as I am forcing down my salad or green beans I just imagine that it is actually something good that I like to eat and not what it really is.

So, I got to work this morning, never questioning my decision not to buy the book, and this was the headline news story on MSN:

Yes, the authors of the book that I didn't buy have put together a compilation of all the bad breakfast foods. Needless to say, I will take this as a sign and go buy the book now. And I am really excited about reading it, after I finish the other one.

I will have to share one thing with you. As many of you know I am an extremely picky eater so I have gone to taking my food with me where ever I go. I have a pretty little bag that holds all the healthy food that I like in it and I take it with me to ballgames and everywhere so that I can have healthy food where ever I go. So if you see me don't make fun of my bag o' food.

Well I am day 2 into my 3 day detox. I will tell you I have tried to stay to this plan as close as possible, fruit juice in the morning broth for dinner and water to fill the free time. I will let you know that right now I do not feel like I am being detoxed unless that means wiped out. I am hungry and tired. I don't know if you all know how hard it is to sleep when you have a completely empty stomach.
Any way only the rest of the day and tomorrow. I'm sure I will survive.

I am back and not only am I back on the blog I'm back on the wagon. I am sad to admit that I got incredibly discouraged when I moved to my new house and my scales were screwed up, along with other things changing, new house, remodeling, ect.....but now I am back in a new routine and I think I am going to be able to post a little more. I do have Internet at my house so when I cant do it at work I will have home to work with. I am a firm believer that you need a network that supports you to lose weight which is why I love my blog but a girl I work with is dieting with me so we are working together.

Enough with all that, I have an update for you but not really one that I trust all that much. I had to move my scales and as I said before I was really scared about moving them. Well I weighed this week and I don't know that I really trust what the scale said. It said I was up 6 pounds and I find that hard to believe that in one week of moving and working for hours a day that I gained any weight much less 6 lbs. So I am going to stay with that weight for this week but hopefully my scales will settle in a new place and they will be more accurate this week. That 6 lbs alone could kill me in this contest.
Also, I wanted to share another good workout with you guys. I, for the first time ever, mowed my lawn. I have never had a lawn before and never had to mow growing up, so at 24 years old I mowed my first yard. It was a little tricky at first but I started getting the hang of it. But it is a great workout. My legs were burning when I was finished and I was sweating like crazy. So, if you start to hear of that crazy lady that is clipping her yard every afternoon it is probably me trying to get a workout without going to the gym.

I wanted to let you know that I am now a happy homeowner and that this week I may not be able to give you an update on my weight. I have packed lots of stuff up and I don't have any idea where anything is. So, I will probably weigh in next Friday when I can find my scale. I will try to weigh in at the health club this week but I don't know how close that is to my scale at home. But I will probably be busy for the next week or so so please stick with my blog and I will do the best I can.

I was 2nd place in the contest this week. Getting beat only by my sister. I think I can take her in the next couple of weeks though. But everyone else is coming on strong.
I am going to get one of my 3 hard workouts in this week. I am taking a new strategy this time. I am working out every day again but having three days that I absolutely kick my tail. Workout til exhaustion. They hurt pretty bad but I always sleep good on those nights. I'll let you know how it goes.

I was waiting on my mom for lunch the other day so I popped into the bookstore next door. I didn't go in looking for anything. Well of course this one caught my eye and had a good price on it, so I figured I would give it a try. I started reading it last night (not done yet but about half way through) and I have loved it so far.
So if you get a chance and you would like something to read while you are out by the pool give this book a chance.
I have another hard workout again tonight and then weigh in in the morning. I have done good so far, I know it is week one and it is easy to do good on the first week but it still feels good when you do it right.

Any how, back to the gym in about an hour, and tonight is going to be a serious hard workout. For my first night back I did the elliptical for 30 minutes on level 5 which was amazing being that I have not workout in what seems like forever. Tonight more elliptical, a little bike, and some running, with some sculpting move on the treadmill with weights.
I have to work on the bike thing cause I will be participating in an event call "Leaves of Lincoln" a 15 mile bike ride, so I need to prepare. I'm thinking about wearing spandex (See Rules)

I wanted to let you all know, that the last weight loss challenge at the Patrick, the health club, was so unsuccessful that me and my family all dropped out of the competition. Well over vacation we decided to start one up with just our families. So, new contest starting Monday. I will keep y'all informed the best I can.

I have some pictures coming of the air show but I have to get them off my nieces camera. I do have a couple taken from my cell phone.
Now these were the 6 Blue Angel planes. Very cool. They were much more precise than the others but they were so so so much louder. The people from this area probably know of Scott and De De Morning show. Well she was in our tent with her little boy. And the blue angels started and it scared the crap out of him. Before I knew I was holding him and he had his head on my shoulder. He was precious. I think the noise was just a little too much for him.
And while I'm just dropping names, I also got to meet another person this week that I am absolutely in LOVE with. None other than the magnificent Don Phelps walked into my tent. I know it sounds crazy that I am crazy for a news personality but I don't care who thinks I am crazy. I have a picture with him too, and its on its way. I even told him I was going to blog about him.

Yesterday my sisters and I moved some furniture. Well moved appliances!!!!!
My sister is cleaning out her house and the last things to get out were the washer and dryer and the refrigerator. I had no idea how much a fridge weighs and how wide washer and dryers are. We started with the dryer, which was not a good idea because it was the lightest of all the others. We got spoiled right off the bat. When it was time to move on to the washer, which was heavier. Finally, we got to the fridge!!!!!!!!! This thing weighs 198 lbs. It was hard to get out of the house, and hard to get in the truck, and hard to get back out of the truck, but it does not touch how hard it was to get up the steps and its new resting place. Yes, a little redneck but it is sitting on the front porch. We couldn't move it any further.
I wish I had a recording of the way we sounded trying to pull the dolly up the stairs. It sounded suspiciously like someone in labor, with lots of grunting and swears. Lots of swears. We would pull the fridge up a step and it would fall back down. Well when it fell back down it would hit our arms between the shoulder and the elbow. But with the angle we were having to work from there was no other way to do it.
So now this morning I have 2 big fat bruises on my arms, my shoulders hurt, and my neighbor has a fridge on her front porch.

Just so you know I have not been neglecting my blog cause I didn't want to, I kind of forgot all about it.
That is really sad to admit but I did. Anyway, I'm back now. Well I will let you all know how its been going. I have not gotten to do my traditional workout for the last little bit but I have been riding my bike a lot more. I thought it would really show on the scale that I have not had a chance to go to the gym, but when I weighed the last time I was down 3 lbs. from the last weigh in. So I was pretty excited about that. I have worked til like 7 or 8 the last couple of nights if not later. And then on top of that I have had ballgames galore to go to. But tonight after my last appointment, at 6:15, I will be at the gym.
Just so you know I am still trying to figure out how to do the VLOG thing, you will know when I figure it out.

Anyway, I had a great weekend. We went on the river again this weekend. I was in the boat with my non-paddling sister again, but man, she really came to my rescue this trip. I got really tired during the last leg of the trip and she jumped in a paddled her little heart. *thanks.
In preparation for this wonderful trip, I packed a cooler with healthy snacks, turkey sandwiches and baked lays and the only snack food I had was pretzel sticks. We got on the water about 9 o'clock and by 9:30 my dad had given away all of my pretzels, so I had no snacks for the water. I was pretty mad about it and I was starving by the time we got off the water. It didn't really matter though cause we celebrated my niece's birthday that night so I got to eat some MEXICAN!!! Don't worry I did good there too, I am that crazy person that carries my own chips in the restaurant with me.
NOW AS A PROUD AUNT!
On Sunday this weekend I went to the State Championship in Trap Shooting in Nashville. My niece Kelly finished Second in the state. We were all really proud. My sister that went with us, kind of a superstitious person did a squat on the first shot, and it was a hit. Being a little OCD she then had to do a squat for the next 99 shots. She was hurting after about 50 and it was not over yet. It was really funny to watch, she would stand as the other 4 kids shot and then she would squat for Kelly, and as soon as the shot went off she would stand up and start moving back and forth. And just when you thought it couldn't get any better, I have it on video. I spent more time watching her and laughing than the shoot.
Well that is pretty much how my weekend went, I showed some property in there as well but for the most part just had a lot of fun and didn't stray to far from my diet. I did eat part of a "Bucket O' Fries" and they were good, but like I said did good on the diet for the most part.

I had to coach bases tonight at a little league softball game and I'm thinking that has made me a little more sore too. I was not aware of how many arm motions it takes to get a 5 year old to run from 2nd base to 3rd. And it takes even more to get them to run Home. :)
I did get a good workout tonight. I got to get the best and new elliptical machine, which I love and then did the evil stair machine for a little bit. No weights tonight but Ill be back to those tomorrow night.
It did indeed go really well, but I am medium sore in my arms. That is what we worked yesterday, it would be kinda crazy if we worked legs and my arms were sore (I kid). But I am a little sore today, we did arms and the cardio. I didn't get the new elliptical that I like so much last night so I had to suffer through with the old one, but LLL was on the one beside me so we talked the entire time. I was pretty sure the counter on both of our machines were broken cause they were set on 30 minutes and I am pretty sure we stayed on for 45-123 minutes.
I have to meet again tonight. Tonight is just a class not an individual workout so I will probably get my butt handed to me, but I do love those workouts the best.

I am really excited about getting to workout tonight, I feel like I have not been in forever. I just know I will probably be sore, and that will suck to be sore again, but then I think "I can be sore or be fat" and it is much more fun to complain about being sore than fat. And you know its more fun to hear about people in pain than belly aching over something they have done to themselves. Its kind of like when people think they will be ok to go to the Wal Mart and buy hair color cause they decided in the last 5 minutes that they want to be a red head. Then when their hair turns fire engine red, they complain and moan, GOODNESS GRACIOUS, you did it to yourself. Ok enough of that rant. It just came over me all of a sudden.
Anyway, I will be sure to let you all know how bad I am hurting tomorrow and you can feel free to laugh.
By the By, I am going to try in the next few day to do a VLOG, video blog for those of you who don't know. It will take me a little bit to figure it out. I'm going to give it a shot.

Well I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. It is a lot of fun for lots, and a day off work for most. Anyway. Just wanted to wish you all a happy one.
I had a wonderful time this weekend at the wedding....lots of great food and zero working out. It was a lot of fun though. Back to the gym tomorrow and starting with the personal trainer on Wednesday. We were suppose to meet last week but got postponed. I'm ready to get back to the gym and hope things can slow down just a little so I don't have to force the time.
I spent the majority of my Memorial Day in the pool and riding my bike so maybe I burned off some of the calories of the pizza and candy and ice cream I ate. Ha Ha.
That is really all I have for you guys. I will try to get an accurate weigh in for you guys this week.

I got a pretty cool scale though. It keeps track of your starting weight, how much you have lost from it, and the last weight, and your goal weight. You only have to set it once and it keeps track of all these things. I didn't want one that did body fat and hydration and all that so this one was perfect.

I hope you all had a great weekend, I know I had a good one but it was crazy. Like 73 baseball/softball games and 2 birthday parties. Just one of those crazy weekends. I did however stick to my diet (sort of). With two birthday parties I was "forced" to eat cake, but I ate small pieces and only 1 piece at each party. And boy it was gooooooood.
I also worked out this weekend. I hardly ever workout on Saturday and this Saturday was no different, but I did get to workout on Sunday. It was one of the best workouts I have had in a while. I'm kinda scared to have a really good week exercising because the last time I did that we all know what happened, 3 pounds happened. I hoping this week I can get off the last pound of that 3 pound weight gain and then a few more for good measure.

First, I weigh in tomorrow, I'm not really looking forward to this weigh in cause I have done HORRIBLE this week. I mean really bad ate a lot and didn't workout as much as I have needed to. The last two days I have gotten back on track but I afraid it is too late. Anyway if I gain tomorrow I have no one to blame but me. I allowed a bad week to get in the way of my workouts and eating, basically I just used anything that didn't go my way as an excuse. so no more of that.....
Second, I have been given the opportunity to work with a personal trainer for a little while. The program that I did at the beginning of the year is looking to revamp. They are looking for a few people to go to through the new program to see if it is successful and if they want to do it with next years program. So I'm pretty excited to get this opportunity 4 days a week having my workouts planned for me and my eating monitored. Maybe with this I can finally break the 40 lb. mark. I have just gotten stuck at the 35 mark and it is finally driving me crazy.
I will let you all know tomorrow about the weigh in good or bad, but I'm not looking forward to it.

Well as we are working out he keeps looking over at me and my time. Now I don't know if he was not thinking but I could see his time too, hello dude we are like sitting in each others laps, or course I can see his too. So....he has 18 minutes left when I started, his workout finished and he reset it for another 20 minutes. Well at this point I realize that he just wants to stay on longer than I am, so the competitor that I am I just decided that I was going to beat him.
You will all be happy to know that I won. HA HA. I ended up staying on the machine for 42 minutes and I was hurting pretty good at that point but I was not going to lose this little battle I had going.

Well we weighed in this morning, I was down 7 lbs. And the joy just keeps going. My workout buddies lost 3 and 5 lbs. each. So all together there are 15 lbs. "floating around" out there. Try not to catch it.
Well, tonight I work my butt off and in the middle of my workout on the stair climber tonight my sweat was dripping on the machine. Pretty gross, but that has to mean something good.
Any how, minus the sweating, my workouts have been going great and still losing weight. Yeah.

Well workouts have been going good. I went and played tennis again on Sunday, it was really nice to be outside on a pretty day and not cooped up the the gym, but I was a gym rat yesterday. We did weights yesterday with a little cardio to get the heart rate up. I have to brag on my workout buddy. You remember the one who challenged me to the 100 jumps on the jump rope, well she started off only able to do 8-10 jumps and last night she got 100. Really proud of here, and don't worry LLL you'll get there.
My eating has been pretty good too this week, although the water thing hasn't gone as well as I hoped. I was doing good drinking my water but I have fallen off the wagon this weekend and didn't drink hardly any water. And have y'all seen the new reports about water? Apparently you don't have to drink 6-8 glasses any more just drink when you are hungry. I don't quite believe that but Google it, it was headline news. I have to do better with my water especially since I have just begun to sweat like a crazy monster during my workouts, and I don't know why. Seriously, last night on our weights night I was just pouring sweat. It doesn't matter but if anyone knows why you would just begin to sweat out of no where let me know.

Just so you know that is not the case. They did not in fact have a list of their nutrition facts. Well, be technologically savvy as I think I am I got on my blackberry to their website to look them up there. Nothing. Actually when I went to the menu options for the restaurant it says, UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
Ok, So after I got this wonderful message I was really hot. I had no idea what to eat and no guidance. It got me to thinking. I remember hearing (never tried to find the info on my own) that chain restaurants were required BY LAW to have the nutrition fact. They don't. When I got back to work after my lunch I did some research and this is what I found.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
to extend the food labeling requirements of the Nutrition Labeling and Education
Act of 1990 to enable customers to make informed choices about the nutritional
content of standard menu items in large chain restaurants.
This bill never became law. This bill was proposed in a previous session of Congress. Sessions of Congress last two years, and at the end of each session all proposed bills and resolutions that haven't passed are cleared from the books.
So for all of you that thought they were required to have it, think again. Most fast food restaurants have nutrition facts online, but not Shoney's. I just thought this might be interesting to some of you and the other that don't care thanks for listening to me vent about it. I will know in the future to take my lunch with me when we go to Shoney's. I pretty sure I know what the nutrition facts are for Diet Coke which will be all I order there from now on.
Oh and I had the best dinner last night. I find it really hard to eat out when I am really tyring to stick to a weight loss plan, other than Subway I don't know where to go. Well we went to Mexican last night, on of the hardest places for me to have self control, but I figure that I have to be able to eat everywhere. Well a few weeks I discovered if I drink a ton of water before they even bring the chips and salsa then I don't eat near as much. Also, I bring my own chips. I can buy baked chips at Wal-Mart before I go and that cuts my calorie content majorly. Well, after 6 glasses of water and 1 diet coke, I was really not all that hungry anymore, but I did get to eat chips and salsa (good chips), and I ordered a chicken taco, no cheese. It was really satisfying and I didn't have belly ache when I left like I usually do when I eat Mexican.
The only down side to the water theory is you have to go to the bathroom all night long. It gets annoying after a while, but I just try to look at it like this, I can have to go to the bathroom all night or not be able to sleep because I gorged myself eating way to much and now my belly aches. So, it works for me, if you love Mexican give it a try.

While I'm on the subject of being sore, I have decided why those people who workout everyday, workout every day. If you stop working out you have to go through being sore again. The only reason they workout everyday is so they don't have to go through that. My stomach hurts so bad that it hurts to take a deep breath and it is almost fatal to cough or move.
Last night the workout went good. We did 15 minutes of intervals on the bike, it really kicked my tail. Then we did elliptical and treadmill, and abs again. I got my wish, when I left I was sweating like CRAZY.
So tomorrow we weigh. Yes I did sign up both of my workout buddies for the new weight loss program. I'll let you know.

I do however have a new workout buddy. One of my best girls is going to start working out with me and my "workout buddy" who by the way did absolutely nothing NOTHING tonight. My new workout buddy is about to be 50 years old and is ready to get in shape. We went over how all the machines work, and tomorrow we are working just cardio. I think she will do well.
We have started a new contest at the Patrick. This is just a weigh in thing, no meetings in classes, just weigh ins. We weigh in on Thursdays and not Monday this time, Yeah. Both my workout buddies have signed up too. One of my buddies is in the same wedding that I am singing in in 2 months and the other has to attend. We are going to look good, real good.
So the last post I said 4 days but that is not quite true, now we weigh on Thursday so 3 days....

I want to start this post, without an apology. I have had a crazy week, like crazy beyond crazy, and if any of you had experienced this week you would understand. I have had another week without a good real workout but I have eaten really well for the most part. I started this week with a small health scare. My mom was sick all weekend with a stomach bug and they put her in the hospital on Monday for fluids, then something happened and they transferred her to Huntsville Hospital. We stayed there for two days, she came home on Wednesday. Well, Wednesday night we stayed up all night, and yes I mean all night, not one minute of sleep getting ready for a Yard Sale that we had planned for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. So the rest of the week I have spent at the yard sale, and trying to catch up on sleep. So anyway, I have not weighed in forever, I don't even have an idea of my weight. When I finally weigh I will let you all know.
So again, I'm not sorry for not posting but I should be able to get some in this week.

I have been asked to sing at a friends wedding. I have agreed to this so I figure I can talk about it publicly. So now instead of attending the wedding 30 lbs. lighter I figure I need to sing at it 40 lbs. lighter. Its a better goal cause it will give me more drive to hit my goal. So wish me luck.

I didn't get the chance to workout...I did have my clothes with me so maybe I burned a couple of calories carrying my bag around. haha. I will get to workout tomorrow and then go shopping. Yeah.

Ok, sorry about that, enough bellyaching.
I have to call out my workout buddy. She has been a weenie this week. On Monday I gave her a pass cause the water at her house was out due to a broken water pipe or something so she didn't want to get sweaty at the gym, she did a really mild workout. By mild I mean she got on the leg press machine and didn't put any weight on it. I understood. Then on Tuesday, she didn't workout cause she had class. Completely forgiven cause I knew school was a mandatory thing before she signed up. But then today, no class, water working fine...."she just didn't feel like it" You didn't feel like it, tough. She hasn't worked out in 5 days at least and you didn't feel like it. (Put on your big girl panties and deal with it) Ha ha see below.
I will be expecting a good workout tomorrow or you better be coming up with some better excuses.
Tonight I went to workout with my niece and her friend from school. I was the designated driver. And for the most part I ate good today, little splurge on lunch but then I had a killer workout tonight so I really don't feel bad about it.
I will just go ahead and let you guys know I have a killer day tomorrow so I will probably not be posting tomorrow or it will be late. I do have an advantage tomorrow, I will be really busy so not a lot of time to sit and eat junk. Look for the positive. Ill try to get on sometime if I can.
