I have 2 days left to go til this thing is over, and I'll be honest with you, I'm ready. I am going to continue to workout and lose weight and blog about it, but my body is tired from all this working out. I have a crazy day today so I will probably not be able to post anything else. Right now, my plan for the last two days is to get rid of as much water weight as I can. I will be working out hard to get a really good sweat, and I will probably be taking a diuretic just for the last little bit of water left in my body. I need a really good number this week to win.
I had a party to go to last night, it was actually at the health club where I workout so I got to get in a great workout before it was time to party and eat cake and cookies and chips and pizza. I didn't eat great but I didn't overdo it either. I am pretty pleased with the food choices I made.
