Well my soreness has finally wore down to a dull pain instead of a severe one. I feel better, I always do when I get in the habit of working out again. My eating has been fair since the disaster of a birthday party where I ate everything I could get my hands on. I'm still struggling but trying to make better food decisions.
I was 2nd place in the contest this week. Getting beat only by my sister. I think I can take her in the next couple of weeks though. But everyone else is coming on strong.
I am going to get one of my 3 hard workouts in this week. I am taking a new strategy this time. I am working out every day again but having three days that I absolutely kick my tail. Workout til exhaustion. They hurt pretty bad but I always sleep good on those nights. I'll let you know how it goes.
