Well after my workout Monday night I was really feeling weak in the legs and the buttock area, but on Tuesday I was not as sore as I had anticipated. Well then Tuesday was a big night for me and I didn't get to go workout, but trust me what I was doing was more important.
Any how, back to the gym in about an hour, and tonight is going to be a serious hard workout. For my first night back I did the elliptical for 30 minutes on level 5 which was amazing being that I have not workout in what seems like forever. Tonight more elliptical, a little bike, and some running, with some sculpting move on the treadmill with weights.
I have to work on the bike thing cause I will be participating in an event call "Leaves of Lincoln" a 15 mile bike ride, so I need to prepare. I'm thinking about wearing spandex (See Rules)
