Update Time

Well I was down about 6 lbs. It was a little more than a week but I was extremely excited with this weeks results.

I would like to let you know, this weekend is the bike ride Leaves of Lincoln, 15, 30, or 100 miles. It will be a lot of fun and I cant wait. Hope you all will join in the fun.

I will probably be the person walking beside my bike cause I cant get up the hills but I don't care I will be there with a big ol' goofy grin on my face.

That Point

I have been doing well this whole week, about 10 days now, with no cheating and really really eating well. I have discovered that over the last thousand times I have been on a diet this is when it gets hard. Everything I have seen and thought about today (food wise) sounds good. I AM HUNGRY!!!!!!

Just needed to vent about that for a second.

Eat This Not That

Ok so I was in WalMart yesterday, as I am most days. I saw this book that really intrigued me. It is called "Eat This Not That." I thought about buying it just from the flipping through that I was doing, but then decided against it because I am right in the middle of "The Obama Nation" and I didn't really want to have a book in waiting. I am one of those people that if I have something just waiting on me I will put down the thing that I am reading and start the new book, and I think it is pretty important to finish what I am in the middle of because I have less that 60 days til the election. I need to be informed.

So, I got to work this morning, never questioning my decision not to buy the book, and this was the headline news story on MSN:

Yes, the authors of the book that I didn't buy have put together a compilation of all the bad breakfast foods. Needless to say, I will take this as a sign and go buy the book now. And I am really excited about reading it, after I finish the other one.

hello hello

Well I wanted to let you all know that I have done great on my eating this week. I have not really worked out much but I have gotten a few workouts in. I will probably be weighing on Friday. Hopefully I will have some good news for you.

I will have to share one thing with you. As many of you know I am an extremely picky eater so I have gone to taking my food with me where ever I go. I have a pretty little bag that holds all the healthy food that I like in it and I take it with me to ballgames and everywhere so that I can have healthy food where ever I go. So if you see me don't make fun of my bag o' food.

3 Day Detox

Hello all,

Well I am day 2 into my 3 day detox. I will tell you I have tried to stay to this plan as close as possible, fruit juice in the morning broth for dinner and water to fill the free time. I will let you know that right now I do not feel like I am being detoxed unless that means wiped out. I am hungry and tired. I don't know if you all know how hard it is to sleep when you have a completely empty stomach.

Any way only the rest of the day and tomorrow. I'm sure I will survive.

I would like to say, Yeah Yeah Yeah, Biggest Loser season 6 started. I do heart this show very much and I get really amped up and excited about my own weight loss. So everyone watch on Tuesdays I think at 7 but I don't know exactly what time.

Hey Hey I'm Back

Hey yall.

I am back and not only am I back on the blog I'm back on the wagon. I am sad to admit that I got incredibly discouraged when I moved to my new house and my scales were screwed up, along with other things changing, new house, remodeling, ect.....but now I am back in a new routine and I think I am going to be able to post a little more. I do have Internet at my house so when I cant do it at work I will have home to work with. I am a firm believer that you need a network that supports you to lose weight which is why I love my blog but a girl I work with is dieting with me so we are working together.
