Well we are 2 days away from the beginning of the new biggest loser. I am really excited and have been working hard already, trying to get an advantage. But as a treat to myself, I will be eating Mexican tonight.....

The Most Annoying Thing Ever

Oh my goodness, today I had a great cardio workout, 45 mins on the elliptical machine, 600 calories. I was feeling great when I finally got done and went to take my shower. Usually, I shower and get dressed with not a big crowd, people coming in and out, but today I swear I had an audience today. These two people (LOUD PEOPLE) would not leave. They were in there when I came in and were still there when I left. This is the gym, not the freakin master suite at the Ritz, get in and get out. AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

3 on 3 Tourney

TIME FOR THE 3 ON 3 TOURNAMENT AGAIN!!!
Thought I would let you all know that it is back. Last year this tournament was great fun for the players and the crowd. Even if you don't get a team together you should come out and watch some great basketball.

Yoga

Well I have only done it once, but so far I really like this biggest loser yoga DVD. I will do a different workout tomorrow and let you know how that one goes. I am already a little sore from it so I think I got a good workout.

Biggest Loser Yoga

A few years ago (more like 5 or 6) I was big into yoga. I did it twice a week for a for an hour and a half. I loved it. Well the health club that I go to still offers yoga but there is a new teacher and it is not at the same time that is convient for me. So as a replacement I have purchased a video...

I will let you all know if it is any good (for me). I have high hopes cause its Bob Harper and Biggest Loser and you all know I love them both very much.

Shoulders

I got my workout in today, it took about 4 hours to finally get there today but I made it.

I had weights today that is why I was trying so hard to get there. Well this entire week and last I have painted, my office and my house, so my shoulders were sore from holding my arms up non-stop for two weeks and my weights today really set the delts on fire.

But I'm done with all my painting so hopefully I can get some of this shoulder pain settled down for a little while.

Biggest Loser starts on the 2nd of Feb. YEAH!!!!!

Biggest Loser (Again)

I have lots to tell you all today. As many of you know my blog is officially one year old and it all started with the Biggest Loser at our local health club. Well last year I finished Third (not real happy about that) but I did win three months free. Well rumor has it that first place wins a year...I don't know if that is true but I know I definitely want to be a part of it again. Since last year I have kept off the weight I lost and lost a little bit more. Well this year, I WANT TO WIN!!! No second or third, I want to win.

Also, wanted to let you all know my workouts have been going good, working out 4-5 days a week minimum and really trying to get 6 in, but my schedule has been crazy. I am hoping to get into more of a routine. So if anyone wants to join me in the biggest loser, I welcome the competition, but really I wish you wouldn't so I have a better chance to win.

When this thing does start I will have a for sure weigh day so I will do better with my updates. Hopefully?

Happy New Year

Hello all,

I know I have done a horrible job with my blog for the last couple of months but for those of you who know me you understand why. Things have been a little crazy in my world for a little while.

I am going to try to do better.

New Years Resolution!!!!!

This year I want to lose 75 pounds and do better on posting for you guys.

I do want to let you all know that I have been keeping up with my workouts and my weight lifting. Because of this lifting I have been sore now for about 3 weeks, but I figure if I am sore I am doing something right. I have stopped going to Zumba, while it was fun it was killing my knee every time I went so I finally gave that up.

Like I said I am going to try to do better (at least for a while)
