Yes My Stomach Did Hurt

I thought I would share. I know that it was probably not the best idea for me to do an all liquid fast for a week but I got the results that I wanted so it was worth it for the contest. But last night when I finally put some food in my belly, yes I did get a stomach ache. IT WAS WORTH IT!

Tonight is my big workout night and then tomorrow back on the diet full force.

WINNER


Yeah rah!!!!!


After my frustration this morning and one more day of a juice fast I weighed and lost 11 lbs. this week. I was the biggest loser this week and I won the entire contest. For 8 weeks I was in the lead. The guy that was on my tail the entire time was 2nd place and he had a bad week this week. I felt bad for him cause I really like him but I was glad he didn't take first from me the last week.


So yeah, I won, and now I am eating dinner. YES......EATING SOLID FOOD.


I'll keep you guys updated.

SOOOOOOOO MAD

WELL I WENT TO WEIGH THIS MORNING AND THEN OFF TO ALL THE EATING I WAS GOING TO DO TODAY. WHEN I GOT THERE THEY TOLD ME I COULD NOT WEIGH UNTIL TONIGHT. I AM SO ANGRY, MAD, LIVID, AND EVERY OTHER SYNONYM FOR MAD THAT I CANNOT EVEN THINK OF....

THIS IS JUST ANOTHER DAY WITH NO FOOD AND I AM STARVING. LAST YEAR THEY LET ME WEIGH IN IN THE MORNING AND EVERY WEEK I WEIGH IN BEFORE 8. I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE THAT WILL HOLD WEIGHT ALL DAY LONG REGARDLESS IF I ATE GOOD OR BAD SO THIS SUCKS FOR ME. MY NUMBER WILL STILL PROBABLY BE GOOD BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT.

I WANT TO EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow

I am very happy that tomorrow is the last day of this biggest loser program. Basically, I am just really hungry. I have been on my juice and soup diet this week and I am ready to eat some solid food. I actually saw a hamburger last night and thought it looked good. To anyone who knows me I don't eat hamburgers EVER. I don't even like them, but I would have eaten this one last night and never even slowed down.

I will let you guys know how it goes in the morning. Then I probably wont be able to type for the rest of the day because it might get in the way of my eating.

Shocking

Ok not really shocking but you know...

I was not this biggest loser this week with my 1 pound weight gain. I know you can all pick your jaws up off the floor now. But I am still in first place with a big fat 2% cushion.

I have to make sure that in this last week of the competition I don't gain or do anything that will cause another weight gain so for the final week I have gone to a mostly liquid diet. Maybe not the right thing but I am so close to winning this thing so that is what I'm doing.

When I started the program I wanted to lose 40 pounds and I am really close so maybe this last week of being hungry will help me reach the goal.

Weigh Day

I was up a little this week but I think it was less than a pound. I don't have the exact from last week. I'm really not to upset about it, not happy either, cause I didn't do very good this week eating or working out.

This is my final week. So I have to work really hard this week harder than any other so I can win this blasted contest.

Weekly Winner

I was the Biggest Loser again this week with 4.7 lbs. I though I was beat but I misunderstood the weigh loss of my competitor. I told the girl at the gym last night that they had to have miscalculated the results cause there was no way I was the winner this week. But I was so WOOO HOOOO.

Another Week

I weigh this morning and was really happy with my results. I was at 5 lbs this week. That number is a little off but I don't know my exact decimal from last week and the regular weigh in girl was not there today so she couldn't tell me exactly but it was just over 5 I think...I will let you know for sure tomorrow.

I was a little nervous about this weeks weigh in cause I have been a little under the weather and I have also pulled, stressed, strained, etc. my peck muscle so I was out for a couple of my big weekend workouts. My chest is feeling lots better today and my sinuses have cleared up a little so hopefully with this contest coming to an end in the next couple of weeks I can be well and get in 2 great weeks of working out.

I will try to remember to give y'all a better weigh in number tomorrow cause I will get to see my paper tonight.

Ha Ha Email

I wanted to share with you all.

My cousin (the bride to be) has started working out again and she came to my classes on Tuesday night. Tuesday night is one of my big workout nights so she was really in for a treat. Two hours of cardio and then some, but I did feed her afterwards. Anyway this morning I got a wonderful kind email from her.

"I hurt all over and it's YOUR fault!"

This falls into the category of 'I DON'T GIVE A CRAP!!!' Just kidding but it is still kinda funny

Well I saw the week 5 results today and yeah......

I am still number 1. My percentage went way up this week but I had a huge week. Hopefully I can keep up this pace for 3 more weeks.

Oh and I was the Biggest Loser this week.

Sore????????

If anyone can help me with a remedy with soreness I would really appreciate it. I cannot understand why I am still getting sore after working out for so long. I know last night I had a long hard workout but I should not be hurting this bad after 4 months of exercises.

Woo Hoo Weigh Day


Man I was due a good weigh in...


After two weeks of barley totally a pound I have finally broke through. I was down 8 lbs this week. That is more than a pound a day. Yes I am really excited. I busted my butt this week.

Good So Far

I have had a pretty good week this week as far as eating and exercising go. I have been less hungry this week than since this thing started so maybe I am getting used to this eating thing. I have tried the 3 meals with 2 snacks thing and I think that may be helping. My workouts have gone pretty good too, I have not been really motivated this week to go to the gym but maybe if I can see one good week I will get re-motivated.
