Well I am sorry for the delay in my posting, I kinda forgot that I had a blog again. I'm here now. Well I have to continue to brag on my workout buddies. They have champed it out for 2 weeks now and been doing great. One has lost 2 lbs and the other 5lbs. I only have about 2 more weeks with them til I'm on my own again, but its been fun and helped me get back in the habit of going in the mornings. Tomorrow they will both be heading out on a trip so it will be me all by my lonesome tomorrow.
I don't know if I had told y'all but when the biggest loser was over I started gaining weight. I continued with my workouts and was a little more lax on my food but I was gaining almost every day and there was really no reason for that, caloricly speaking. Well I weighed today and I was down again. I think my body was just responding to the week (felt like years) without food. So hopefully I can keep that up. I am working out twice a day, that number should be falling fast.
My workouts have been good, but I am going to share that my knee has been hurting lately. I had surgery on it about 2 years ago and it has started hurting bad enough that I will be making a doctors appointment to make sure nothings wrong.
I know that is a lot of info in one post but I have not been here in a while. I would say I'll do better but we all know that I won't so...
