The Knee

I have complained about my knee for a few weeks now...Sorry I know you are probably tired of hearing it. I am making an appointment today.

I was going to let you all know the reason I didnt post too much last week is I was trying out rest as a solution for the knee. It was unsuccessful so I'm back to two a day workouts. If it had felt better I would have probably just stuck with one really intense workout but I find it easier to get in 2 shorter intense workouts in the day. Just an update for you.
