Hello all my peeps,
I am not becoming a bodybuilder just so you know, kind of a misleading title I guess, but I am fixing to start upping my weight lifting a bit. Just trying to give you guys a heads up, because you will probably have to hear about how sore I am for a week or so. I'm really hoping to get some muscle definition. I know there is a lot of muscle under this skin and FAT but I am getting to the point where I am freaking ready for some results.....so this is what it has come to, major weight lifting. I will still keep up my cardio classes, running, and Zumba, just adding a little more time in the gym. I'm wondering if they might let me put my bed there cause at this point the only thing I do at home is sleep and I could just save some time this way. :)
By the way, still no diet drinks almost 2 months now and still Organic best I can!
