Oh Back to the Grind

Well once again I have been plagued with injury. I didn't get to workout last week due to back pain. Ill have to pull and O, bless my own heart! My back pain was out of control. I couldn't stand up straight or bend or sit or lay down. It hurt all the time. Well now the pain has traveled down in my butt (a real pain in the butt) and the pain level has gone way down and I can actually work out again. I have gone the last two days to workout and it just makes me feel good to be at the gym.

Im thinking after I run the half in 3 weeks I may go to the doctor get a full body scan and have everything fixed at once.
