Well, I am back on track again in hopes of losing the "Target Twenty!" Even though it wasn't quite 20 I think it sounds better and more dramatic than the "Target Fourteen." I am ready to get this extra back off. It sucks to lose the weight just to have it find you back. But anyway, I am out to prove that you can work nights and days and never sleep and still find time to workout and lose weight. That does not seem like a hard challenge at all.
And another update for you all, I have 9 days til the half marathon. I am still scared to death about this stupid thing and I am so ready for it to be over. I did find out that I got off work for the Friday and Saturday so I will get a few good nights of sleep before and get the night off the day of, that in itself eased my mind a little bit. Anyway, please send out good thoughts for me as I take this on.
