40 Minutes....

I just did a 40 minute workout and was planning on bed after but I had to come back and post.  Wow, that was 4o minutes and what feels like 3000 calories.  I actually only ran for about 15 minutes I just wasn't feeling it tonight.  I saw my workout DVD under my TV and thought I would try doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout.

I did this workout, its about 35 minutes long, warm up, workout, cool down.  And Ill tell you that it was tough tonight.  I actually did level 3 tonight, that's the first time for me, and it whipped me.  I was doing the different circuits I had sweat dripping off my nose and chin.  I had sweat running down my legs and arms.  This is one of the most challenging workouts I have had in a while.  I had forgotten about this DVD for a while but I am going to put it back in my workout schedule.

I don't usually put after workout pictures on here but I thought this was worth seeing...

I sweated my mascara off!


And the shirt is completely soaked!  Mascara still running...

So you guys may want to give this workout a try.  Its short and a great workout.

First of all, what a beautiful blog. And secondly, YOU are a goddess.....and you must be fit....I have heard scary things about the Shred workout!
