I have asked the contestants to tell me how they plan to lose weight and most of them are opting for calorie counting and exercise. I have a couple doing weight watchers, one doing the special K challenge, one on Slimfast so I thought I would share with you the plan I am planning on following.
I will be following the diet and exercise program in the book Making the Cut. I know you are all so surprised that I have a book that was written by Jillian Michaels. (Can you say obsessed!)
If my stomach looked like that I would never wear a shirt!
I have an advantage in that I am already in pretty good shape. That's like the disclaimer for this book, not for beginner workouters. I have had this book for a while but have never been brave enough to try it out. So hear goes. I get to try 2 things new for the next month.
