I finally made it to Zumba tonight. I have missed my other 2 classes this week so I was super excited to get there. Well, it was a fantastic workout, sweating like crazy and working my butt off. (literally) So at the end of class we learned a new dance. We went over a new dance, went through all the steps to make sure we could do it before we put it to music. When the music went on I kinda went nuts. The song was Whoomp There It Is! Can you believe it, that's a way back song. I could hardly do the dance for singing, and yes I know all the words still. I couldn't believe it. I cant wait for Saturday so that we can do the dance again...this time I'm going to try to dance and not sing so much.

I also got my running in this afternoon. I ran 3.25 miles and burned 400 calories. I didn't run constantly tonight...I did those wonderful sprints. I started with the quarter miles sprints and then moved on to 30 second fast sprints, 8 mph. It was hard but the firing in my quads 30 minutes makes it all worth it. Now all I need is a good stretch and an Advil and Ill be off to dream land.
All in all I had a good calorie burn day. My body bugg says I burned 3500 calories today and I only ate about 2000 so that is a pretty killer deficit today.
Another day in the negative...that's all I can hope for day to day.
Getting closer to the 100lb mark. I going to start Weight In Wednesday to keep you all updated with an actual weight each week. I kinda hate putting my weight up here, but when I chose to make my weight loss public I guess this was just part of it. Wish me luck!
