So Successful

 I ran out to the beach this morning and took that picture!  Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha

Well yesterday I was so successful in working out my soreness in my arms shoulders and back.  I always talk about working it out but I am never quite successful at it.  Well my mini workout last night did the trick, only problem is, the mini workout also wrecked my legs.  I really didn't do much on the legs front so I don't understand the soreness.  So today, I can lift my arms to the sky but I am walking like I have a beach ball between my legs.  I am fighting it with all the power I have but man it hurts.

Can you believe I actually found a picture with a beach ball between someones legs!

Just happened on to your really cute blog. The photo is totally amazing. Maybe some day I might be able to do that and wear the bikini.

Yes, proper sleep is very important to weight loss... not only getting enough but getting to bed at the right time... our bodies repair themselves between 10 pm and 2 am... i get plenty of sleep and i usually sleep 7 straight hours unless i drink too much or eat too much right before i retire....
