Is It Still Monday?

This is the number 1 reason I don't like waking up at 5 am.  I have been awake for about 42 hours now and I am so ready to go to bed.  I have another hour and half to work tonight and I still haven't done my workout.  Oh, I have worked out today but I still have the Cut tonight.  My body is ready to get in the bed!

I was really pleased with our weigh in today.  The numbers are getting smaller, and I kind of expect that.  Honestly the weight will still come off but never as good as week one.  I am going to kick it up a notch this week and see if I cant rock this last week out.  Why not make the last week the hardest one?  Why cant I lose more in week 4 than in week 1?  Well lets just see.

Honestly there is not much more I can do to lose this weight and be healthy at the same time so if I continue to lose 3-4 a week and keep it off that's better than 1 week of losing 7-8.  I am going to get my calories in as well as my workouts. 

I have thoroughly enjoyed my cheat day today.  I ATE M&M's.  Ha Ha.  After last nights post I have really been craving them.  Not a handful of them an entire bag.  And they are really is kinda freaking me out!

I have another run in the morning and my body is already sore from this morning.  A little bit longer tomorrow.  I think ice is becoming my new best friend. 

Oh one more thing.....I slept sooooo good last night.  I had to get up just after midnight and get a blanket for my bed.  A BLANKET!  It was so nice.  This is the first night in a few months that I have had any sort of cover on my bed at all.  It looked so funny this morning with a messed up bed.
