Let's Go

Ok I went to my workout tonight and got out of my car....opened the back door and didn't have my workout bag.  I had to drive home and get my clothes and drive back to town.  Of course I hit every red light on the way home and the way back.  I was only about 15 minutes late to the class and still got a really good workout but I did have to stand up by the teacher.  I always stand on the front row but today I had to stand next to the teacher....I didn't even get out of the teacher zone.

The CD player did explode with about 5 minutes left of class but I really think everyone was a little bit grateful for it.  We all looked like we had been run over by a car.  It was a tough one tonight.

I am so excited about steps and the run tomorrow.  I don't know why other than the fact that it is such a great workout that puts me in a great mood for the rest of the day.  And I get to workout with other women and hopefully soon and guy will join us and have a good time.  It is such a hard workout but fun all at the same time.

I am off to bed now because of an early wake up call.  Nighty night!

Personal things from today (they have nothing to do with diet or exercise):

It is 10,000 degrees outside and I have one plant in my new landscaping that is failing to thrive.  Just one out of 8.  I think he might be a drunk because he drinks all the time but is not getting any happier or livelier.  I just hope he can make it through the next few weeks of extreme heat and not die.

I saw a car wreck this morning that was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen.  I was driving through town and stopped at a red light.  Everyone was sitting still and the car in front of me just gunned it and hit the car in front of him. Like I said BIZARRE!

Finally, there is a new Roasted Chicken Sandwich at Arby's that is delicious.  My dad bought me one tonight, I probably would not have ordered it I had been the one ordering but it was sooo good.  I don't know if it is good for me or horrible but it was very much worth it.

I was at my sister-in-laws and she grilled brats and onions then simmered them in beer. Yeah it was so yummy but I'm not to sure if it's classified as a diet food. :)
