I am still feeling pretty good. I woke up this morning kinda expecting my legs to just give way and ankles to crack. But I was amazingly not too sore this morning. There are parts that hurt but nothing too bad. My shins are the worst which is surprising to me, they haven't been a problem through all this training.
I did enjoy a few minutes in the hot tub today just finishing up my mend and get ready to run tomorrow. I am still feeling really good from my run yesterday (that runners high) but beginning to freak out about the full. It just seems like there is not enough time to finish my training. I keep thinking I need to be out running all the time!
My food this weekend has not been the best. I over indulged on a few meals this weekend, in celebration you know, but have already packed my food for tomorrow to get back on track. I think everything has to be perfect for the next 4 weeks so I can be at my peak. Ohhhh Happy and Nervous all at the same time.
