Today was the first day in a while that I got my workout that I usually do. I actually felt like I did all I could today to get my burn. It was amazing!!!
What is so funny about it is that I wasn't going to workout at all. It was my rest day. I was going to take the entire day off in hopes of making my hip feel a little better. Well that didn't exactly work out. I swam with my swimming partner and realized that it was the first time I got in the pool in two weeks. I forget how much I really like it. We got in a good swim and I jumped out of the pool and went to meet my No Bo group for a homework run. I only ran two miles but it was outside and uphill both ways so I thought it was a really good run.
Then back in the car and back to the gym for my HIITS class. I was late to that one but did get 30 minutes in there and I know it was a good one. Now...I can definitely tell that I worked out for 2 and a half hours today but man it felt so good.
I finished up my night watching Biggest Loser and missed the last 15 minutes so I have no idea who got kicked off but it was nice to have my Tuesday routine back. I will watch it tomorrow online so I can finish it. I have been trying to catch up like crazy with no luck so I think I'm just going to jump back in and start watching like I have not missed any.
I missed the very end of the show because I had to go to the store and get some food. I had Miracle Whip and Turkey but no bread, cereal but no milk and no eggs (that's a diet sin in my house.) But now I can pack my food for tomorrow and eat healthy all day long...yeah!
It was so nice to have my schedule back to normal tonight. I hope tomorrow is as wonderful as today was.
