I was just excited that this ride went better than before. And I was pretty excited that I enjoyed it. I can honestly say I have never had such a fun ride. And we rode more than the distance that I will have to ride in my Tri. I decided to do the Sprint Tri for my first one. Its a shorter distance and if I am going to beat my half time by an hour I need to focus on the running right now, then hopefully I can do the Olympic distance.

I am still amazed at the amount of sweat we produce during this workout. Between the outside running and biking and then the sweat filled indoor workout I don't know if I will ever be hydrated again. I am pounding water as fast as I can and I still cant catch up.
I have to go to bed because I have to get up early and do day 6 of the Cut. I
