Tonight I had a great workout. I was rocking out the gym tonight with only about 3 other people there. Its rare to get the gym alone but I kinda liked it tonight. I didn't have to think of a lot of things to talk about. Although, my sister called me about halfway through my elliptical routine and it was a nice change of pace. I was starting to get bored. Tonight I rocked out 4 miles on the elliptical machine and got quite a good calorie burn.

I got in my episode of NY Med. I love this show! Its not as easy to workout to as Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition. NY Med this week had a girl with a tumor that presented as left side abdominal pain....seriously. Although after this last episode of EMWLE I'm not sure how much I like that show anymore either. Nyla, eh, she had the opportunity of a lifetime and didn't get the results she could have. She had so many excuses! I was ready to be done with her before the first hour was over but I kept thinking she would come around and really lose some weight....I was wrong. She finished up still very much overweight, she had lost weight but she could have done better. She reminded me of that girl Joelle on BL that had words and excuses for everything but drove me nuts!!!!
After the elliptical I got right on the bike. No legs weights tonight because I don't need to work those same muscles every night. Although I guess I am still working the same muscles just not with weights. I'm having to change it up with resistance and the program until I can do some other things. I like the elliptical pretty good, I just wish I could take it outside some time. The one good thing is that the weather is showing rain for the next 240 days so an outside workout wouldn't even be possible for a little while.

I was dripping with sweat before practice. I used a BodyPill to clean up a bit but the only other shirt I had in my bag was not the cutest. It was a little bit tight, and a little bit too short, but it was better than soaking wet so I went with it.
I ate dinner just as soon as I could after my workout. It seems like my stomach gets upset if I go too long after a workout with no food, so I went straight to the church with my lunch box and had supper. That's right all three meals and 2 snacks packed up a day in advance. I had some turkey, string cheese and a protein shake for dinner. It was actually pretty delicious.
Choir practice was lots of fun and the whole time I was there I was thinking about he bowl of jello/pudding that was waiting for me when I got home.

Pudding and an iPad....does it get any better than that. Actually it does, I got a shower, clean clothes, bed and pudding and Words with Friends.
So my victories for today, I didn't feel pukey all day long! Woo Hoo! and I did everything the same as the day before! Its looking more like a bug than my new diet. I am really liking this new plan so I surely didn't want to give it up. I keep you updated on the belly, but I'm hoping that is all over now. Just made for an interesting Monday!
I'm not totally committed to it but I'm thinking of having one more cup of pudding before bed....
