Ive tried to be really honest with the fact that my weight has gone up, and my motivation to lose has been dwindling. Well that has changed...just in time. I was talking with my niece when she was home for Thanksgiving and we talked about running a few races that are some of our favorites. Then all the stars aligned and I got a call from my college roommate and one of my besties in the whole wide world and she asked me to be in her wedding.
So now I have a wedding in the future, and I only need to lose about 160 lbs to be ready for that, but I have several races and such that I have signed up for to keep me on track leading up to her big day!
So now I am trying to get things back on track right at the holidays, and I cant think of a better time. Eat good now and just in time for those New Year's Resolutions I'll already be in the right frame of mind.
Ive got my first 3 months planned out already, some good detox and clean eating. I'm hoping that will help with my "Stomach/Heart/Lung/Chest" problem. On that note this week I am having another CT scan to look a little closer. Hopefully we can have a solution soon and I can get back to feeling 100%. Right now I hurt so bad it is really hard to workout.
I have also decided that my 3 months at D1 will be ending at 3 months. I love this gym but I need to workout on my schedule. They have organized classes which are amazing but I also have a new job that I am trying to work my way up in and I cannot leave at exactly 5 or exactly 6, I'm staying until I'm done and they moved the morning class up earlier. I just need to workout anytime that I can get there not at the exact start time. I knew this 3 month trial was just that and now I know, maybe when my schedule is more permanent I can go back to D1. Ill finish up my 3 and then start shopping around again.
