Phase 3 in the Books

I told you I was going to be happy with the results, and I am. I weighed in at 243 lbs this morning. That is a total of 4 whopping pounds for phase 3. Now if we want to play the “in all fairness” game I did lose 20 lbs in the last 9 weeks. I was not kidding when I said I gained 16 pounds. In the first 3 weeks of Phase 3 I was up 16 pounds. That being said I am incredibly happy!!!!!

My before/after pictures are not all that different from the last two phases because its only 4 pounds but mentally I am still as strong as ever. I learned new things in the last 3 months, PROTEIN shakes are the devil (in my diet) and I still have the ability to lose weight!

I am taking my Sunday cheat day today but the fire is burning to get to that 100 lb mark. 12 pounds away and I think I can get there by the end of the month. I sure hope so at least. The official goal for phase 4 is 20lbs and I am going to keep that the official goal, as an additional goal I would like to see 210 by the end of the year. I will be pushing hard every day and hope to see ONEderland soon!

Great job! Sometimes the hardest part is staying headed in the right direction, that you've accomplished. And for the year...look at the progress!,
