My before/after pictures are not all that different from the last two phases because its only 4 pounds but mentally I am still as strong as ever. I learned new things in the last 3 months, PROTEIN shakes are the devil (in my diet) and I still have the ability to lose weight!
I am taking my Sunday cheat day today but the fire is burning to get to that 100 lb mark. 12 pounds away and I think I can get there by the end of the month. I sure hope so at least. The official goal for phase 4 is 20lbs and I am going to keep that the official goal, as an additional goal I would like to see 210 by the end of the year. I will be pushing hard every day and hope to see ONEderland soon!
