Vacation is officially over and we managed to survive a hurricane, double red flag and all, and time to get back to real life. If you follow my Instagram (fatgirltothin) you got to experience some vacation pics but if now here are a few of my favorites.
Thanks to the Lifeproof phone case we have tons of underwater family photos, we cant just be normal....ok, so below is a normal one. We had a blast and now its time to get back to the grind.
Technically I got home on Wednesday evening but I was still on vacation. I took the rest of the week and did mild workouts. I even took the remainder of the week off from the blog as well but now Im back to writing, back to the gym, and back to dropping some pounds.
Today was a big day, today I did something that I have been talking about for months....can you guess what I did???!?!?!
That's right, Big Bad Cheryl and I signed up for Crossfit. I would say I convinced her but she was an easy sell. We visited them a few weeks ago but due to injury and vacation this was the first day we could actually work it out. But its now official.
Crossfit starts early early tomorrow morning and I already ant wait to tell you about it. I just don't want to be the girl that pukes....
Another things Im pretty excited about is that the class is offered early and late so on days that we have evening games and stuff I can go in the morning but some days I might get to go to the gym a little later than normal and then do Crossfit in the afternoons. Im still figuring out the whole schedule thing because I have a lot going on right now....Marathon Training, CrossFit, General Fitness, and just being freakin' awesome (that takes up some time!)
My excitement is overflowing....Im going to bed early so I will be ready to go in the morning!!!
